“Crawford Building Services has carried out many projects over the years for Perry including two complete office installations, a toilet facility and shower room, a full kitchen renovation including new storage area and the installation of new PVC windows and doors to the office block. They have also laid land drains together with the erection of a sand blast room. “In 2008, we had an extension to build at the Memorial Hall, and we approached three local builders for quotations. Of the three, Peter Crawford was the cheapest, and he did an excellent job, completing the extension on time and also doing other jobs along the way, such as block paving, and constructing a wooden fence.
Following on from this, late last year 2017, we asked him this time to build a boundary wall to replace a wooden fence that was always being broken by vandals. Again he did an excellent job, also replacing a gate with a wall, filling in behind, and renewing a concrete ramp, leading up to the front of the Hall.
I have always found Peter to be approachable, conscientious, dedicated, and a hard worker. I never had to chase him to complete a job, he was always chasing to get things done, and nothing was too much for him. His work was always to a high standard, within budget and the agreed timescale. We will always go first to him if we have any more building work etc. to be done, and following on from people seeing what he accomplished at the Memorial Hall, he has done work at the Vineyard Church down the road from us, and built a Garage for one of our friends.”
