We are based in County Durham and cover the whole region and surrounding areas.  We are happy to travel anywhere in the UK for larger projects.

We do not charge for initial quotations. Crawford Building Services would visit your property to discuss your requirements. We will then provide you with a detailed quotation for the job that is free and carries no obligation.

We will supply you with a quotation which includes the cost of materials and labour.  Labour only can also be quoted if this is preferred.

The quote will factor in all aspects of the job from start to completion avoiding any nasty surprises as confirmed in some of our customer references.

Depending on the size of the project we may require a deposit and stage payments to cover the cost of materials. This will all be fully explained in the initial quotation and we are happy to discuss payment schedules on a case by case basis.

We accept payment in the forms of cash, cheque or online bank transfer.

Depending on the scope of work, we may need to use our approved contracted trades people whom we have worked with for many years.

A clean and tidy work environment is maintained at all times causing as little disruption as possible.  All waste will be removed both during and on completion of works.

We have in place Public Liability Insurance cover up to £5,000,000.
